Zoe-perry

Perry is she is Chicago native who was birthed to Laurie Metcalf and Jeff Perry. Her first TV roles were two appearances as Jackie Harris (as seen in flashback) on the ABC sitcom Roseanne which was played by her mother. Perry was forbidden to begin acting in front of her family until she reached the age of adulthood because they were afraid of the stress it would cause. Perry claims she never wanted to become an actor during high school but decided to take up acting as a social activity at Northwestern University when she switched to it from Boston University. Perry was able to land tiny TV roles on Law & Order: Criminal Intent after she graduated. The feeling of homelessness, however, brought her to California to return, where she started to work in the stage. Perry's mother and I appeared on Broadway as a couple for the play The Other Place, in 2013. Perry was in the show with their father Kevin McKidd and Eugene O'Neill's Pulitzer Prize winning drama Anna Christie in the year 2015 on The Odyssey Theatre Ensemble, West Los Angeles. Perry appeared in nine episodes of The Family, an ABC crime thriller The Family in 2016. Perry was also featured in an appearance on ABC's political thriller Scandal along with her father. The same year, she appeared as a younger model of Mary Cooper on Young Sheldon (a CBS spinoff The Big Bang Theory) as her mother as a young version. The role was selected through an audition, even the fact that she had a deep relationship with the show.
