Melina Kanakaredes

Melina Kanakaredes (born May 25 70, 1970) is a popular American actor. She is most famous for playing detective Stella Bonasera on CBS's police procedural drama CSI: NY, Dr. Sydney Hansen and Lane Hunter respectively on NBC's drama Providence. Also, she was awarded recognition for her TV debut character as a character on Guiding Light on CBS as Eleni Cooper. She was also a part of 15 Minutes Percy Jackson and The Olympians, The Lightning Thief and Snitch. The Wheel of Life, written by Elisabeth Kubler Ross and adapted into a film with Vlas Parlapanides (the duo who came up with the Immortals) is thought to be in the works. She is also filming for the upcoming show Gods & Heroes.
